BFF has supported VFC for more than ten years, helping provide funds to provide licensing and training for more CASAs. We’re involved in Uplifting Voices, the annual spring fundraiser, and we’re chairing the 2023 fall fundraiser, which will raise additional proceeds to help VCF get closer to its mission of ensuring every foster child has a CASA. Last year, the fall gala raised more than $1.85 million in gross revenue for VFC and the CASA program.

BFF has supported Oceana for three years, contributing to their urgent efforts and legislative actions to protect the ocean, its wildlife, and our planet.

BFF helped support Sharp Mesa Vista to finish the construction of the Shiley Intensive Care Unit and build an outdoor garden space, allowing patients and visitors to spend time in nature. We are proud to support an initiative that serves a distinct purpose within San Diego and can help care for those who are struggling with mental health challenges.

BFF is proud to help support Outdoor Outreach and its initiatives. Giving young people access to nature is vital for communities, our ecosystems, and our futures, and we strive to help people experience the healing experience of being outside.

BFF has partnered with San Pasqual Academy for more than ten years. Working with Friends of San Pasqual, we help organize extracurricular events, including prom, back-to-school days, and holiday parties. BFF also donates the annual tech gift during the holidays. Past gifts have included headphones, laptops, and iPads.
